We love coming here — the food is consistently delicious, the service is quick, and the drinks are perfection! The vibe is chill and friendly, and there’s plenty of street parking nearby. I wouldn’t necessarily drive far just to visit, but if you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a stop!

First time experience and not disappointed. No kids due to bar sitting too close to tables. Great food options and large portions. Pricey but amount of food and friendly service make up for it. Accommodates small groups like 2-4. Very busy.

Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, The Hudson. Tucked away on the corner of West Marginal and Hudson Street, this little gem should definitely be on your monthly restaurant list. Great food, drinks, beer, and service. I’ve tried most of the menu. The food is well thought out and executed. A few of my go to dishes: The Country fried steak is the best in Seattle. I’m a southerner. Country fried steak is a big deal where I’m from. This one is the best I’ve ever had. The brisket omelette is fantastic. Bring your appetite though. Hearty! The shrimp po’boy and western club are big time crowd pleasers. Whether you’re craving breakfast or lunch, they’ve got you covered. The staff are lighthearted and friendly. They’re always happy to walk you through the menu. They’re funny, yet focused on providing you with excellent service. Talk to Mel about the line of hot sauces she makes. They’re amazing. Like I said, I come here all the time. I’ve yet to be disappointed. Enjoy y’all. Tell them Ashley sent you.

Visiting from out of town and happened upon this place from the airport, was not disappointed. Clean and cozy atmosphere. A little loud but the energy was fun. I got the veggie scramble and my partner got the chicken fried steak. I definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for fast fresh diner fare

This is a classic neighborhood gem. Parking is not easy, but everything else about Hudson is cafe magic. The no frills menu features diner faves with a southwest flare. The food was delicious, coffee was strong (that's a good thing) and the service was outstanding.

We were up in Seattle to watch the Green Bay Packers whoop the Seattle Seahawks!!! (GO PACK GO) After a fun night of celebrating, we decided to check out Hudson for breakfast, and man we're happy we did. Everything was on point, right away with the atmosphere, the staff, and the food & drinks.... all were amazing! Our server Flower was awesome!!! I asked her recommendation for food, and I was glad I did! The cheesey shrimp grits were FIRE! And the bloody was great too! So glad we chose this place! Definitely a must try!
